As motivational incentives for sales staff and managers at O2, Jack Nadel developed a concept which enabled Phone4U staff to drive sales of O2 products and services.
We implemented a range of prizes, targeting staff at all levels. Prizes ranged from Surfing Weekends in Cornwall to Pampering Days at a top health farm. For those who preferred a prize to take home, there were flat screen TV's and home-cinema DVD systems.
