Upon receipt of the brief, JNAP sourced 5 separate venue options, from which the client selected the New Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden.

Final Set Design
We first designed a number of prospective stage sets for the client to choose from, and produced a comprehensive budget, comprising details of venue, a breakdown of all elements of the production, set build, audio/visual equipment, powerpoint presentations and all venue elements, dressing, food and beverage etc. together with a timed event schedule.
We then progressed to the pre-production stage, building the set, arranging food and wine tastings, presentation consultations, rehearsals, guest lists and timetables.
Finally as we neared the production date, we arranged full rehearsals of the presentations and running order, and our production team arrived on site at 3am for the stage and set build.
